Back, Licensed Title Insurance Agent
Stephanie is originally
from Mount Vernon, Ohio, which is where she now resides with
her husband and son. Steph has been involved in the title
insurance industry since 1994. She is happy to have served
all her years with ACS. Stephanie can be counted on to answer
your questions with a laugh and a smile. On the weekends Steph
enjoys spending time with her family and being in touch with
friends.

Yvonne
(Von) McDonald, Docket Clerk
Von is originally
from Bloomfield, Ohio but now resides in Centerburg, Ohio
with her husband and two sons. Von has been in the title industry
and with ACS since 1999. Von handles all of the document retrievals
and recordings at the Courthouse and is in charge of bank
runs and the wiring of funds. She also helps in all areas
when needed. Away from the office, Von enjoys camping, gardening
and activities with her boys.

Parsell, Closing Coordinator
Debbie is originally
from Granville, Ohio but now resides in Centerburg, Ohio with
her husband, daughter and son. She graduated from Bowling
Green State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Art Therapy.
Debbie has been with ACS Title since 1997. After hours, Debbie
is active with her church and enjoys spending her time with
family and friends.

Tina White, Closing
Officer
Tina resides in
Centerburg, Ohio. She is a graduate of the Bowling Green State
University. Her primary duties include conducting closings
while working closely with other closers. Her background in
the legal industry provides her plenty of knowlege and the
needed experience for her current tenure of five years as
a closing officer. Her interests include travel, skiing, and
family.
